We finished the perfect day with a walk to Dairy Queen. As we were walking back, I realized why I like our walks so much. Not only do we get the exercise and endorphins and all that jazz, but we also get to TALK! Sometimes between the TV, Cate, Maddie, me on the laptop and hubby reading his book, we don't really talk to each other...
So here's my challenge to you for this week - get out and walk with your hubby/wife/partner/lover/boyfriend/girlfriend. And if you want an incentive... find a Dairy Queen ;)
